Hannes Ruoff has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a firm headquartered in Singapore, according to a statement issued by Porsche on Thursday.
Ruoff inherits the position from Porsche AG and most recently served as Area Manager for Australia and the Asia Pacific in the Overseas and Emerging Markets sales division. In the regional office, he follows Arthur Willmann, who has been in that post since 2018 and will transition to a new post in Porsche sales.
In 2009, Ruoff began working for Porsche Asia Pacific as a Sales and Marketing Training Specialist. After that, he became the regional sales manager. He relocated in 2015 and was appointed regional marketing manager at Porsche AG’s corporate headquarters. For the Asia Pacific and Australia since 2020, Ruoff has served as the area manager. The regional office and subsidiary of Porsche AG, Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, was established in 2001.
